This month is packed with heartwarming happenings—from honoring our heroes at the Veterans Day Assembly to kicking off PastaThon and gathering for Carnival cheer. Whether you're grabbing a slice at the Domino’s fundraiser, picnicking in the park, or diving into a good book at Barnes & Noble Night, there's something for everyone to enjoy. Don’t forget: Fall Recess starts November 24—let’s make the most of this festive season together!

Veterans Day Assembly

 

Veterans Day Celebration at Circle View

We are honored to invite our local Veterans to join us for a special Veterans Day Assembly on Monday, November 10, at 8:15 AM at Circle View Elementary. Following the assembly, Veterans are welcome to stay for coffee and conversation with fellow service members.

📍 The celebration will take place around the flagpole as we come together to recognize and thank those who have served our country.

🎪 Circle View PTO Fall Carnival 🎪

Step right up for an afternoon of fun, food, and community spirit! Join us on Friday, November 14, 2025, from 3:30–6:30 PM for our annual Fall Carnival. Kids will love the inflatables and games, while families can enjoy delicious food for sale by Astrocamp.

✨ Event Highlights

  • Free entry for adults and children 3 and under

  • $10 entry for students who did not complete 200 minutes of reading by October 10

  • All children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian

  • Weather permitting—check PTO socials for updates

This event is a wonderful way to celebrate together while supporting our school programs. Don’t miss the chance to make memories and enjoy the festivities!

🎉 Circle View Elementary's Fall Carnival is Almost Here! 🍂

Join us on Friday, November 14th from 3:30–6:30pm for an afternoon of fun, games, and celebration at our Fall Carnival! We're honoring our amazing students and their incredible achievements during the 'Reading is a Blast!' Read-A-Thon, and we can't wait to celebrate together as a community.

Volunteers are needed to help supervise inflatables and games, assist with setup, and keep the fun flowing.

15th Annual Pastathon

 

🍝 Circle View Joins the 15th Annual PastaThon! 🎒

Circle View Elementary is proud to partner with Teacher Created Materials for the 15th Annual PastaThon—a heartwarming drive to collect pasta and sauce for hungry students right here in our community. Every box helps provide warm, nutritious meals to local kids after school through Caterina’s Club, a nonprofit serving thousands of families across Southern California.

📅 Collection Dates: November 3–20, 2025
📦What to Bring: Boxes of pasta and jars of sauce (no glass jars or thin pastas like angel hair)

🎯Where: Drop donations in the school’s collection box

💥 Bonus: The school that collects the most wins a $5,000 donation, backpacks filled with books for every student, and gift cards for educators!

Let’s come together to make sure no child goes to bed hungry. Circle View families, let’s pasta like pros! 🍽️💛

Eagles, your voice and presence matter! Join us at the upcoming PTO meetings to stay informed and engaged with what the board has planned for the 25/26 school year. These gatherings are a great opportunity to hear about upcoming events, new initiatives, and ways you can support your child’s education and school community. Let’s work together to make this year the best one yet—your involvement makes all the difference! Morning meetings are held in the MPR and evening meetings are held in the Library (both locations subject to change)
