Tuesday, September 21st Register + Send Emails/Texts - Set up your child’s personal donation page, and invite your friends and family to join our efforts by sending them a donation request. Use this link to get started:

Wednesday, September 21st - “Golden Ticket” Turn in Day - Send out TEN OR MORE Emails / Texts via your Personal Donation Page and write down your unique code, and your student qualifies for the Golden Ticket Prizes and Drawings! Return the Golden Ticket to school WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 22nd to be part of the fun!!!  Parents, you MUST write in the Completion Code Number on your students Golden Ticket for them to earn the prizes on Wednesday. NO exceptions!

 

Tuesday, October 4th Final turn in date- In order to qualify for prizes, all cash, check and online donations must be received by TUESDAY, OCTOBER 4th! Please make all checks payable to: CIRCLE VIEW PTO

 

Wednesday, November 2nd - Event Day - Students who collect $50 or more in donations will attend our DAY OF AWESOMENESS celebration event on WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 2nd! They will also have an opportunity to prizes listed on our prize flyer. The more donations...the more prizes your student wins!

Our Step It Up Day of Awesomeness is rapidly approaching! 

 

Here are a few notes for the event if your student is eligible to attend (had to raise $50):

  • Wristbands for the event will be delivered to your child’s classroom on the Wednesday morning of the event.
  • Please bring an extra pair of socks.
  • All participating students must have a permission slip turned in by Friday, October 28th.
  • All parents/guardians that wish to attend the event will need to sign-in at the school office using the Raptor system. If you have not yet done so please pre-register online, https://www.ovsd.org/volunteer or you can sign in as a visitor.

 

Here is the timeline on the Step It Up! field day, 11/2/2022

  • 12:25 All volunteers are asked to meet at the LUNCH BENCHES.
  • 12:35 Dismissal from School ~ All students participating in the event should come directly to the LUNCH BENCHES - They will check in with volunteers - Students should bring a lunch.
  • 1:00 All students will get a safety review and the event will begin.
  • 2:45 Step It Up! Field Day ENDS ~ Please make arrangements for pick up at this time.
